Salaya Pavilion Hotel is not just a hotel. We are also an expert training center where the future leaders of Thailand’s hospitality industry are trained, shaped and developed.

We are proud to say that we are a good functional hotel and hospitality training center here in Thailand, and because of our affiliation with world renowned Mahidol University International College (MUIC), we can offer our trainees and students good resources and the accessibility to the unlimited information, but most importantly, we have trainers who are truly committed, patient and love to transfer knowledge and skills.

Besides learning solid basic and the latest trends in hospitality, interns are also required to do a ‘hands on’ works with 4 departments, which are front office, housekeeping, food and beverage and kitchen departments. It is the fact that in the world of hospitality, practical learning through hands-on experience is vital and essential to the deep understanding of what it is and how it is – “a world of hospitality” because experience will bring about knowledge and skill. Thus, giving the interns the opportunity to learn through their own hands, will give them a good thorough comprehension about each operational department, responsibilities and also to obtain a profound knowledge that all departments are very much inter-connected and that the true success in hospitality comes through a good teamwork, excellent communication and professionalism.

All in all, being a Salaya Pavilion, part of Mahidol University International College, we operate the world of hospitality and training center with a good mixture of a reasonable theory and reality of practice. We are the world of true hospitality learning!!!
